The song is dedicated to Tibet and those Monks who sacrificed their lives by self-immolation to protest China's policy in their homeland. The piece was performed by Relicseed to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama before his lecture "Culture of Compassion" in Riga, Latvia in 2013.
